When will my order be ready?

For pieces available ready for purchase on the site for purchase I aim to get them to our shipping agent or ready for pickup in 3-5 business days. For custom pieces the lead time is currently 4 weeks. However, if you need something sooner please just shoot me a message (britt@rockymountainrustic.ca) and I will ‘move mountains’ to get the work done quicker!
How do you hang these beauties?

I definitely recommend French Cleats. They are great. A set, or two will be included for any pieces bigger than our Gravity Range.
Please tell me you do custom pieces?

Heck yes! All we need is a size, colours, overall desires and I will make it up for you. See that link up above? Custom. Hit that. Fill it in. I look forward to hearing from you, and collaborating on something beautiful.
What are your Shipping policies?

Well there is a link at the bottom of the page that details Shipping Policies. As a newer business we are working on ironing out these policies especially since art is heavy and awkwardly shaped. So shoot me a email at britt@rockymountainrustic.ca and we will get you specific quotes.
