Can I pick up from your shop?

Absolutely! We are located close to Westbrook Station in Calgary. If you wish to pick up your order please enter the code “SIGNSEALEDDELIVERED”. Once your order is ready you will receive additional information to retrieve your art.
Do you deliver in Calgary?

Of course. In Calgary deliveries cost $35. Outside of the city? Close to one of our out of town markets? shoot me an email (britt@rockymountainrustic.ca) …if you are wanting us to deliver to the mountains I’m very open for any excuse to get out there.
I don’t live close…at all..

No worries. We have a few options to ship both within Canada and Internationally. The prices below are average costs over the past orders. To have a clear price shoot me an email britt@rockymountainrustic.ca and I’ll send a up to date quote.

RETURN POLICY
While I hope that every single purchase from RMR is perfect, and that the customer is happy, I understand that sometimes something isn’t right. If you are not satisfied for any reason please reach out to me (britt@rockymountainrustic.ca). From there I will work to find a way to make your experience with RMR right. Custom orders and customized pieces (wood burnt sayings and nameplates) are non-refundable.
PAYMENT METHOD
We take secure payment online through our Wix site and using Square Payments. For all custom orders I will send you an invoice once we have flushed out all the details. Custom orders will include a non-refundable deposit once the order has been agreed upon. For all those items available on the website immediately you can pay directly on our site using standard payment methods.
